Low back pain, stiffness, scoliosis, prolapsed disc are just some of the common issues for modern lifestyles. Not to mention the emotional impact. As yoga teachers we need to know how to proceed when dealing with irregularities. Individuals vary and not all asana-s are helpful. Underlying problems can be exacerbated by incorrect application at the wrong time.
