The Yoga Sutra contains the essential ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy, yoga psychology and yoga practice.
This 16 hour course will explore major themes and concepts of the Yoga Sutra, and the relevance of this ancient wisdom for health and well-being in our modern lives. In keeping with the oral tradition of these teachings, some classical chanting of the Yoga Sutras will be included.
This course is suitable for yoga teachers and yoga students who are keen to deepen their knowledge. No prior knowledge of the sutras is required.
