This Privacy Statement ensures the privacy of any information collected by Yoga Sanga and, as a minimum, ensures the complicity with the requirements of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles that operate within Australia.

Information Gathering

When you look at a web site maintained by Yoga Sanga, we record your visit along with:

Yoga Sanga will only transfer personal information about an individual to someone in a foreign country, if that company/individual has and/or agrees to observe privacy policies no less stringent than our own privacy policies; also that the individual consents to the transfer unless it is impracticable to obtain the consent of the individual to that transfer.

Sensitive Information

Yoga Sanga will not collect sensitive information about an individual unless the individual has consented to such collection. However, Yoga Sanga may reveal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires that information. Any information posted on bulletin boards, forums and in chat areas becomes public information.
