Baby sanga is dedicated to supporting families on the path to and through parenting.

Yoga has so much to offer women physically, emotionally and if desired, spiritually at all stages of the pre and post natal journey.

We seek to create a safe and nurturing environment where women can come together to practice Yoga that is specifically designed to meet their unique needs and also share and learn from each other.

Prenatal Yoga

Baby Sanga’s Pregnancy Yoga course is specifically designed to benefit women during pregnancy and assist in preparing for birth. The aim is to support the wellbeing of the mother and her unborn child as they journey through their pregnancy and enjoy the benefits of yoga in a nurturing environment. Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), relaxation and chanting. You can begin pre natal classes at the start of your second trimester or 14 weeks.

Pre Natal classes are offered as 6 x week course on Saturday’s 11:00am – 12:15pm OR on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm-7:45pm which you can purchase a
6 x week class card(expires after 2 months).

A minimum number of participants are required for the Saturday course to commence.
Tentative start date for the next course is: Saturday 31st October 11:00am.

Prenatal Yoga courses

6 week course

  • Saturday 11:00am -12.15pm (6 x week progressive course) OR Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:45pm (purchase a class card – expires after 2 x months)

  • Cost: $132 (pass valid for 2 months for Wednesday classes, Course fee applies for Saturday course)

Deluxe prenatal Yoga

6 week course designed to meet the unique needs of pregnant women (see above)
Plus 2 x Private (one-on-one) yoga sessions where personal needs are explored and if desired, a personal practice designed.

MUMS WITH BUBS – 6 X WEEK COURSE

Baby Sanga’s Post Natal course is a special class designed for new mothers and their babies.

The aim is for both mothers enjoy the benefits of yoga in a fun environment with their babies.

Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), relaxation and chanting. There is a strong focus on common post-natal issues such as realignment of the spine, core body strength and pelvic floor toning.

The class is suitable for babies up to crawling age and provides a great atmosphere to meet some other ‘new parents’.

We have a lift that you can use. Easy for prams.

Fridays, 10:30 – 11.30am

Cost: $132 for 6 week course
